摘要
通过测量传热板两侧的温差间接得到流过铝基覆铜板的热流量,避免了传统测量方法由于热辐射和空气对流热损失所带来的误差。结果表明,该方法在导热系数测量方面具有准确、操作简单的优点。
The heat flow flowing through aluminum based copper clad laminate was indirectly obtained through measuring the temperature difference of the two sides of heat transfer plate,which avoided the error caused by thermal radiation and air convection loss in traditional measurement method.The results show that the method has the advantages of easy operation and high accuracy in measuring the thermal conductivity.
