摘要
运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访问调查法等,对目前江苏省高校高水平足球运动员的培养管理体系等方面情况进行了细致的调查研究.结果发现,江苏省高校高水平足球队存在生源渠道单一、队员参加比赛少、教练员业务水平及专职化程度低等问题.针对这些问题,提出了高校高水平足球队发展应采取的对策.
By the method of documentation,questionnaire and interviews to research about the training and management systems of high-level soccer players in Jiangsu colleges,from which we find several facts including single channel of recruiting excellent soccer players,little chance of taking part in competitions,and low level of coaches' professional status as well as skills.For these questions,some countermeasures are suggested to promote the development of high-level soccer teams in colleges.
