无轴传动实验平台开卷张力控制系统建模与仿真 被引量:2

On Modeling and Simulation of Unwinding Tension Control System Based on the Shaft-less Driver Flexo Printing Press

摘要 以无轴传动柔版印刷机为例,对印刷过程中开卷张力变化的一般规律进行了研究,建立了伺服控制方式下开卷张力控制系统各环节的数学模型,包括开卷动力学模型、转动惯量模型、卷径计算模型、张力检测模型以及伺服驱动模型,并对模型进行了仿真分析。仿真结果表明,建立的数学模型符合系统实际工作状况。开卷张力控制模型为其他张力控制模型建模和控制系统的构建奠定了基础。 The variation principle of unwinding tension on shaft-less flexo printing press is discussed. The mathematic modeling of unwinding tension control system is established, including the modeling of the unwinding tension, the winding, the roll diameter and inertia, the tension detection and the controlling of servo-driver motor. Based on the mathematic model, the tension control simulation is developed. The simulation results show that the mathematic model is correct. The unwinding tension control model offers a theoretical basis for desi^nin~ the actual control system.
