摘要
目的:确定唐古特白刺果实降血脂作用活性部位。方法:对唐古特白刺用不同溶剂极性提取,以高脂血症大鼠血清的总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)为筛选指标对各部位进行筛选。结果:唐古特白刺的乙酸乙酯部位和正丁醇部位可以显著降低大鼠的TC、TG和LDL-C,升高HDL-C。结论:正丁醇部位和乙酸乙酯部位为唐古特白刺果实降血脂作用的主要活性部位。
Objective: To determine the main active fraction of reducing blood lipid in Nitraria tangutorum Bobr. Methods : Extractions of Nitraria tangutorum Bobr were conducted with different dissolvents, and screening was performed by detecting total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL- C ), and high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL- C) in the hyperlipidemic model rats. Results: The acetic ether fraction and n -butanol fraction of Nitraria tangutorum Bobr could significantly decrease the levels of TC, TG and LDL - C, and remarkably increased the levels of HDL - C in the hypcrlipidemic model rats. Conclusion: The acetic ether fraction and n - butanol fraction are the active parts of reducing blood lipid in Nitraria tangutorum Bobr.
