摘要
美国糖尿病学会(ADA)2011年新近发布的指南,对妊娠合并糖尿病的诊断标准进行了更新。新的标准是根据HAPO研究的结果制定的。妊娠期糖尿病新的诊断标准中血糖界值较以往下调,提示应更加重视妊娠期间的高血糖诊断和管理,严格控制孕期高血糖有利于改善妊娠母婴结局。新标准的应用将对我国GDM诊断以及管理产生深远影响。
Standards of medical care in diabetes-201l from American Diabetes Association updated the diagnosis criterion of gestational diabetes mellitus （GDM）. The new criterion was made according to the results of HAPO study, and is going to be the milestone for GDM diagnosis. Diagnosis for GDM will be much more strict under the new criteria. Further more, the update for the diagnosis criteria will make us to pay importance to hyperglycemia management during pregnancy. Application of the new criteria will affect GDM management in our country.
