综放工作面顺槽超前循环支移系统的研制及应用

摘要 从研制背景、结构特点、技术特征、创新要点等方面入手,介绍了王庄煤矿与科研机构共同开发研制的一种新型支架系统——综放工作面顺槽超前循环支移系统。现场应用证明,该系统设计合理、技术先进,在改善支护性能、节约维护成本、降低工人劳动强度、提高生产效率与安全作业系数等方面具有较强的优势与较好的效益。 Starting from the development background,structural features,technological characteristics,and innovation points,etc.,this paper introduces a new support system,an advanced circulation supporting and moving system of the gate-road of fully mechanized working face commonly developed by Wangzhuang Coal Mine and scientific research institute.The field application show that the system possesses stronger superiorities and better benefits in improving support performance,saving maintenance cost,reducing workers' labor intensity,and increasing production efficiency and safety coefficient,etc.because of its rational design and advanced technology.
