介绍了一个基于PC104的数据采集与检测电路的设计,它完成A/D数据采集、D/A数字/模拟转换、数字量输入/输出、信号显示卡以及LCD显示器的控制等功能。PC104总线信号检测电路对于改进装备故障检测方式具有重大意义。通过对信号波形显示原理以及显示方法的分析,确定了具体的实际方案,完成了功能电路的设计;采用专用接口芯片结合CPLD的方法实现了PC104总线的接口协议以及逻辑控制电路;检测系统电路在实际测试过程中能稳定工作,满足设计指标要求。
The paper introduced a multifunctional circuit of data sampling and control based on PC104 standard, which includes A/D conversion, D/A conversion, digital input/output interface and signal display card. PC104 bus signal detection circuit has the great significance for improving the way of equipment fault detection. Through to the signal waveform display principle and showing its method, with confirming the specific practical program, complete the functions of the circuit design; Using special interface chip combined with CPLD method to realize the bus interface PC104 agreement, and the logic control circuit; Detection system in the actual test process circuit can stable work, meeting the design requirements index.
