摘要
以实际工业生产装置为研究对象,研究了酯交换法合成碳酸二甲酯的反应精馏过程模拟与优化问题。建立了过程非平衡级模型,引入了分离效率函数,求解、模拟结果与文献值吻合良好。成功地解决了复杂反应精馏过程数学模型的建立与求解问题,并在此基础上优化计算了操作条件,同时用VB语言开发了完整实用的仿真软件。软件可用于碳酸二甲酯反应精馏塔的工艺设计、操作过程分析和参数调优等工作。
Based on a set of factual industry production equipments, we studied the simulation and optimization of dimethyl carbonate synthesized by transesterification reaction in reactive distillation column. The non-equilibrium stage model is established. The separative effectiveness function was introduced for calculating model equations. The results of the simulation fit in well with the plant data. We successfully established and solved model equations of complex reactive distillation process. And on the base of them, we computed the optimization of the operation parameters and developed integrated and applied simulation software by the VB software. The software can be applied to design process, analyze operation process and optimize operation parameters of dimethyl carbonate reactive distillation column.
