摘要
采用常规硅胶柱层析、SephadexLH-20凝胶柱层析、重结晶等多种色谱分离手段,首次从五味子根95%乙醇提取物中分离得到6个单体化合物。依据理化性质、光谱学分析鉴定它们的结构,它们分别是:五味子乙素(Schizandrin B,1)、五味子甲素(Schisandrin A,2)、五味子酯甲(Schisantherin A,3)、顺芷酰戈米辛H(Tigloylgomisin H,4)、五味子醇甲(Schisandrol A,5)、五味子醇乙(Schisandrol B,6)。
The constituents of the root of Schisandra chinensis (Turcz.) Baill. were isolated and purified using recrystallization and column chromatography with silica gel and Sephadex LH-20 for the first time. Their structures were elucidated by spectral analysis and chemical evidence, and these compounds were identified as Sehizandrin B (1), Schisandrin A (2), Schisantherin A (3), Tigloylgomisin H (4), Schisandrol A (5), schisandrol B (6).
