摘要
加强和改进大学生心理健康教育是促进大学生健康成长、培养造就拔尖创新人才的重要途径。基于高校开展心理健康教育的方式和途径,对河南理工大学449名2008级学生入学2年来接受心理健康教育的状况进行追踪,同时采用SCL-90前后2次评估这些学生的心理健康水平。结果表明,至少接受一种形式心理健康教育的学生占总人数的83.07%;凡接受过心理健康教育的学生心理健康状况均得到明显改善;心理讲座的教育效果最为显著。
To strengthen and improve the mental health education is the important ways to promote the healthy development of students, and train the top-notch creative talents. Based on the methods and means of carrying out mental health education in universities, the article tracked449 students who enrolled in 2008 for two years to accept the status of mental health education in Henan Polytechnic University, and used the two SCL-90 assessed children's psychological health back and forth. The results show that, at least, the number of students who accept a form of mental health education are the total number of 83.07%; who received mental health education students are significantly improved; in which theeducation effect of psychological seminars are most significant.
