摘要
对全国340余所高校的453名专职辅导员进行的网络问卷调查表明,辅导员感知到的社会支持各维度与工作效能感各维度存在极显著的正相关关系,社会支持可以有效地预测工作效能感37.2%的变异量;提升社会支持水平能有效增强辅导员的工作效能感并进而有助其提高工作绩效。
Online surveys of 453 full--time advisors from more than 340 universities across the country indicate that there is a positive correlation between social support sensed by advisors and their sense of competence, the former accounting for 37.2% of the latter's variance. Therefore, the more social support advisors feel they enjoy, the higher their sense of competence, and the better their job performance.
