摘要
从传统图书馆向现代化图书馆转型的过程中,图书馆受传统观念及管理方式的影响,发展受到了束缚。新时期,图书馆需要解除自身束缚,完全施放学习教育功能,更好地为读者服务。
In the process of shift from traditional library to modern library,the development of library has been restricted to a certain extent because of the influence of conventional ideas and management model.And in the new era,a library is supposed to lift the restrictions upon itself to play an educational role,which can all the better serve readers.
