摘要 以不饱和聚酯树脂短玻纤为主的模压成型团料(BMC)与不饱和聚酯树脂浸渍长玻纤以上下复合方式能得到高性能、高外观质量的井盖材料,研究了在制备过程中物料的捏合时间对物料性能的影响,确定短纤维料和长纤维料在质量比为4:6时性价比最好,并基于有限元分析研究井盖的力学性能。 Unsaturated polyester resin short glass fiber-based molded materials bulk molding compounds (BMC) and the composite high-performance, high-quality appearance covers material by unsaturated polyester resin impregnated with fiberglass over a long way were studied. The effect of material in the kneading time on the material properties in the preparation process was discussed in details. Found the cost performance was best when the mass ratio of the short fiber material and long fiber material was 4:6 and based on finite element analysis the mechanical properties of covers were researched.
