黔北地标品牌优质茶的栽培生境与种植调查 被引量:2

摘要 茶产业是21世纪的朝阳产业,"十一五"以来贵州省每年新建茶园面积3.45×104hm2以上,约占全国年新建茶园面积的50%。2011年贵州省茶叶产量预计4.3×104t、茶叶综合产值35亿元以上,跨入全国茶叶大省之列。贵州由于地理环境的特殊性而盛产地标品牌优质茶,为解决其特殊环境的栽培适应性问题,我们对具有黔北地标品牌的湄潭翠芽和凤冈锌硒茶的栽培生境进行了种植调查研究,结合生产发展的需要提出其有关建议,以为茶产业的生产实践提供参考。 Tea industry is a sunrise industry in the 21th century. Since the 11 th Five-Year Plan, the area of new tea-garden was over 3.45 × 10^4 hm2 each year in Guizhou, accounting for around 50 % of the total national new tea-garden area. The output of Guizhou tea was expected to reach 4.3 × 10^4 t in 2011, with a comprehensive value of over 3.5 billion yuan, which made the province famous for its tea production in China. Guizhou is rich in nativebrand and high quality tea because of special geographical environment. We have investigated, evaluated and stud- ied the cultural habitat of "Cuiya" from Meitan and "Xinxi" from Fenggang to solve the problem of adaptation in special habitat. Considering the need of production development, we also provide a reference for the production of tea industry.
