摘要
通过对聚乙烯醇(PVA)、聚丙烯酰胺、聚丙烯酸、聚酯浆、淀粉等高分子浆料化学需氧量和生物需氧量分析,比较常见纺织浆料的生物降解性。结果表明,聚丙烯酰胺和原淀粉这两类浆料的生物降解性能较好,而PVA最难被生物降解,其他浆料对生态环境均有一定的污染。在经纱上浆时,应该尽量使用能够生物降解的纺织浆料。
Biodegradability of common sizing agents such as polyvinyl alcohol (PVA), polyacrylamide, polyacrylic acid, soluble polyester, native starch and modified starch was discussed in this paper. The results showed that sizing agent polyacrylamide (PAM) and native starch exhibited better biodegradability, but PVA exhibited the worst one. Other sizes would pollute the water ecology to some extent. So, biodegradable warp sizes should be used for warp sizing to replace PVA in future.
