虎耳草冬季净光合速率、蒸腾速率日变化及其影响因子分析 被引量:9

摘要 采用Li-6400便携式光合系统,对湘西地区虎耳草栽培种及野生种叶片在冬季的光合速率及蒸腾速率日变化进行比较,并分析其影响因素。结果表明,虎耳草叶片净光合速率在冬季呈单峰曲线,野生种净光合速率的峰点在14:30晚于栽培种(13:00),净光合速率日平均值也是野生种极显著低于栽培种。蒸腾速率受空气湿度的影响,与净光合速率的变化未完全同步,在10:00出现最低值。相关性研究表明,光合有效辐射和温度是影响净光合速率的主要环境因素,蒸腾速率此外还受空气湿度的影响;非气孔因素是影响净光合速率和蒸腾速率的内部生理因素。 Comparison between diurnal variation of photosynthetic rate and transpiration rate, the influencing factors of cultivars and wild species of,Saxifrage leaves in the Xiangxi winter was analyzed by Li-6400 portable photosynthesis system. The results showed that the net photosynthetic rate of Saxifrage showed a single peak in the winter, the net photosynthetic rate peaks of wild ( 14:30) was later than that of the cultivated species ( 13:00), and the average net photosynthetic rate of the wild species was significantly lower than that of cultivated species. Transpiration rate was not fully synchronized with net photosynthetic rate. The lowest value was at 10:00 by the air humidity. Correlation studies indicated that the photosynthetic active radiation and temperature were the major environmental factors to net photosynthetic rates. And the transpiration rate was affected by the humidity of the air. The internal physiological factors were non-stomatal factors that affected net photosynthetic rate and transpiration rate.
