新型水溶性导电聚苯胺的合成及其在碱性条件下电化学行为研究 被引量:3

摘要 以含短链亲水基团的酸性磷酸酯为掺杂剂合成新型导电聚苯胺纳米水分散液,通过透射电子显微镜、循环伏安法对其形貌和电化学性能进行表征。研究表明:合成的聚苯胺为直径20~80nm且均匀分散的球状粒子;分散液在碱性介质中仍保持较好的电化学活性及稳定性。该研究为水溶性导电聚苯胺在抗腐蚀等碱性环境中的应用提供了更广阔的思路。 Nanoscale conductive polyaniline aqueous dispersion was prepared by acidic phosphate ester with a short hydrophilic unit as a dopant and characterized by Transmission Electron Microscope and Cylic Voltammograms. The results showed that spherical particles of polyaniline were distributed uniformly and the size ranged from 20 nm to 80 nm. In addition, electrochemical activity of the conductive polymer dispersion was still kept in alkaline media and it displayed an excellent stability upon cycling. The investigation broadens fields of prospective application of conductive polyaniline in alkaline solution such as anticorrosion.
