摘要
阐述了变电站电压无功补偿的重要性,指出了传统九区图的分区控制策略中存在的问题,提出了基于模糊控制理论和九区图相结合的电压无功控制策略。设计了电压模糊控制子系统和无功模糊控制子系统,并通过算例仿真试验,对比了采用模糊控制策略和九区图控制策略调整变压器二次侧电压的控制效果,其试验结果表明,模糊控制策略优于九区图控制策略,而且消除了采用传统九区图控制策略时设备运行过程出现的震荡、动作现象,保证了电力系统稳定运行。
This paper demonstrates the significance of voltage reactive control system for substation,points out the problems of traditional nine-zone theory in zone control and proposes the voltage reactive control based on the combination of fuzzy control theory and nine-zone theory.The paper also introduces the design of voltage fuzzy control system and reactive fuzzy control system and compares the effect of the adjustment of secondary side voltage by fuzzy control theory and nine-zone theory.Test result shows that fuzzy control theory,which is superior to nine-zone theory,overcomes the vibration and movement of equipments brought by nine-zone theory during operation and guarantees the stable operation of electric power system.
