摘要
针对大庆油田电力集团油田热电厂HG-670/13.7-HM12型锅炉在运行中存在排烟温度、灰渣和飞灰含碳量偏高等问题,阐述了该炉的设计参数和试验项目,并通过进行多项燃烧优化运行试验和对试验数据的分析,提出了解决办法。调整前后试验数据表明,调整后的运行方式可大幅度地提高锅炉效率。
Aiming at the problems of HG-670/13.7-HM12 type boiler of Daqing Oilfield Thermal Power Plant duirng operation,such as high exit gas temparature,high clinker and high carbon content in fly ash,which lead to low efficiency of bolier,this paper introduces the design parameters and test items of the boiler.Through the tests on optimal combusiton operation and the analysis of test data,the paper proposes the solution which is combustion adjustment.By comparing the test databefore and afte r the adjustment,the adjusted operation is proved to be effective in enhancing bolier effficiency.
