摘要
社会控制理论与社会支持理论在性善或性恶的切入点、社会支持与社会联系的作用与地位的认识上存在着种种不同与冲突。理论的冲突与融合往往带来实践的思考。以两种理论的冲突看犯罪人帮困扶助,它既是一项预防犯罪的举措,也是促进社会和谐的重要手段,而构建和谐的"社会联系"是其科学发展的基础与着力点。
Control theory and social support theory have many conflicts in the starting point of whether human being＇s nature is good or not,the function and status of social support and social contact,and so on.The conflict and integration of theories often bring about thinking of practice.From the perspective of the conflict between the two theories,helping and supporting criminal who are in trouble is a measure that preventing crimes,and an important measure to promote social harmony.＂Social contact＂ that constructs the harmony is the basis of its scientific development.
