摘要
基建档案真实地记录了基建工程建设的全过程,它是建设项目审计、检查、监督以及工程事故责任认定和企业处理事故时维权的依据,同时也是工程改扩建的凭证。就目前企业基建档案管理中存在的不足进行分析,提出依法治档,提高档案人员素质和服务意识,将档案管理纳入基建项目管理,档案管理部门参与项目验收,注意声像档案收集,加强档案管理信息化等建议。
The infrastructure files really keep the records of the overall construction process of infrastructure projects. These files can be considered as the significant foundation while auditing, inspecting and supervising the construction projects, moreover, they＇re of vital importance for the authority to identify the responsibilities of the accident and the enterprises to safeguard their legal rights while dealing with accident. The paper makes an analysis on the existing problems and reasons occurred during the file management for infrastructure projects of enterprises, puts forward file management according to law, improves quality of archivists and service awareness, pays attention to file collection of audio and video, strengthens file information and so on.
