摘要
在15℃/5℃(昼/夜)、光照强度4 000~5 000 lx、光照时间8 h、处理15 d的条件下,研究10个不同甜椒品种及杂种一代对低温弱光的耐受性。根据株高、叶片数、叶面积、冷害指数等形态指标和叶绿素含量变化等生理指标隶属函数值的综合评定,可将10个甜椒材料分为:耐冷力强(TZ29[6]、TZ21[2]、TZ20[1]);耐冷力中等(冀15号、自34、自38);耐冷力弱(ZH4、冀新6号、冀28号、4中S909)3类。
Under the stress of 15℃/5℃(day/night),4000-5000 lx light intensity(8 hours) for 15 days,the low temperature and poor light tolerance of ten kinds of sweet pepper cultivars and F1 hybrids was evaluated.Based on subordinate number function values(SNFV) of the shape index(the height of plant,the sum of leaves,the area of leaves and the chilling injury index) and physiological index(the change of chlorophyll content),the degree of low temperature and poor light tolerance of ten kinds of sweet pepper cultivars was classified as follows: the strongest(TZ29[6],TZ21[2],TZ20[1]),moderate(Ji No.5,Zi 34,Zi 38),the weakest(ZH4,Jixin No.6,Ji No.28,S909 in No.4).
