低频超声控释尿激酶缓释系统对大鼠脑出血行为学改善的观察 被引量:1

摘要 本课题组在前期已经研究了pluronic P-105[1]-尿激酶缓释系统在低频超声的控制下缓慢释放,在大鼠脑出血中,其溶解血肿的效果要优于普通尿激酶,当时虽然也进行了行为学的评价及比较.因为样本量较少,其行为学的变化,NP—UK系统虽然较普通尿激酶组有改善,但统计学上无明显差异。为了进一步研究NP—UK系统对脑出血的治疗情况.评价其对行为学的改善情况,我们进行了此研究,现报告如下。
