摘要
利用高频感应熔炼炉熔炼La0.7Ni2.65Mg0.3Co0.75Mn0.1合金,分别经1 073 K、1 123 K和1 173 K热处理12 h进行改性实验,研究了热处理对合金性能的影响。X射线衍射表明,热处理后合金主峰的半峰宽变大,相分布均匀,晶粒细化,合金组织趋于一致。电化学测试结果表明,合金经过热处理以后放电容量和电化学循环稳定性均显著提高,这是因为热处理改变了贮氢合金的晶体结构。合金的动力学性能先上升后下降,这与Mg元素在高温热处理过程中的挥发有很大的关系。经过热处理后合金自放电性能降低,这说明热处理不利于贮氢合金自放电性能的改善。
La0.7Ni2.65Co0.75Mn0.1 alloys were prepared by induction melting followed by different annealing treatments (1 073, 1 123 and 1 173 K) for 12 h. X-ray diffraction have revealed that the FWHM of main diffraction peaks decreased due to the particle size decrease and phase distribution more uniform during post-annealing. Electrochemical experiments indicated that the discharge capacity and cyclic stability are improved significantly due to the changes of alloy structure after heat treatment. The high rate discharge ability first increase and then decrease because the loss of Mg. In addition, the self- discharge property decreases which indicated that heat treatment is harmful to the selfdischarge property of alloys.
