摘要
采用溶胶-凝胶法,以廉价氯化锰为原料、环氧丙烷为胶凝剂制备了纯相纳米Mn3O4。结果表明,当反应条件为氯化锰浓度0.9 mol/L、50℃回流24 h和在400℃下煅烧前驱物30 min时可获得所需产物。采用X射线衍射(XRD)和透射电子显微镜(TEM)对样品进行了表征,结果表明样品为纯相Mn3O4,其粒径为30~100 nm,呈立方体状。
Pure phase Mn3O4 nanoparticles were obtained through sol-gel method,using MnCl2 as material and propylene oxide as gelation agent.The result showed that the required product can be synthesized under the following conditions that the concentration of MnCl2 was 0.9 mol·L-1,the solution was refluxed at temperature of 50 ℃ for 24 h,and the calcination of precursor was carried out at 400 ℃ for 30 min.The product was characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD) and transmission electron microscopy(TEM).The related results showed that the sample was pure phase Mn3O4 with particle size of 30~100 nm and cubic shape.
