摘要 对大庆高蜡原油降凝效果进行研究。结果表明,大庆原油在添加加强型降凝剂质量分数为80μg/g,热处理温度70℃,热处理时间1 h,冷却速率0.5℃/min,剪切速率60 r/min的工艺条件下降凝效果最好,凝点降低至21.8℃,同时相应地降低了大庆原油的运动粘度,为安全、平稳、高效地管道输送提供保障。 The method of study on highly waxy of Daqing crude oil drop coagulation was made.The results of experiment show that the solid point of Daqing crude oil can drop 21.8 ℃ adding 80 μg/g more strong PPD at 70 ℃,heat treatment time 1 h,cooling rate for 0.5 ℃/min,shear rate 60 r/min.Correspondingly decreased Daqing oil viscosity for safely,stable and efficient pipeline provides the basis.
