加热炉炉管的安全评定及剩余寿命预测 被引量:9

摘要 某炼油厂加热炉炉管仅运行18个月,就发生失效,造成巨大经济损失,因此有必要对剩余炉管进行全面的安全评定和剩余寿命预测,以保证炉管在一个检修周期内能安全平稳运行。通过对炉管的化学成分及金相组织进行了分析,发现材料的珠光体显微组织已经球化,通过现场对管线硬度及壁厚的检测,以及对壁厚进行的强度校核,得出在目前的工况条件下,仍可继续使用。通过使用塑性失效准则对剩余寿命进行的有限元分析,得到最薄壁炉管的使用寿命为29个月,这为设备的安全运行提供了理论依据。 The furnace tubes lost their function after operating for 18 months in one oil refining plant,which lead to much economic losses.Therefore,it was necessity for us to carry on the over safety assessment and life-span prediction of the furnace tube so as to assurance them safety operation in a service periodicity,analysis the chemistry composition and metallurgical structure of the furnace tubes,the metallurgical structure has changed into spherical pearlite that was found.Through degree of wall thickness and hardness examination and checking intensity of wall thickness,the results show that the furnace tubes can resume operating under present condition.Life-span were analyzed by using SASYS software based on plastic failure criterion,the results show that the final thin tube can safely operates for 29 months,which provides theoretical base for safety operation of The equipment.
