辛伐他汀对短暂性脑缺血发作患者颈动脉粥样硬化斑块和血脂的影响研究 被引量:10

摘要 目的探讨辛伐他汀在短暂性脑缺血发作(TlA)患者颈动脉粥样硬化斑块和血脂水平的影响。方法 78例有颈动脉粥样硬化斑块的TIA患者随机分为辛伐他汀组(简称他汀组)和对照组:他汀组口服辛伐他汀和阿司匹林6个月,对照组仅口服阿司匹林,治疗前后进行颈动脉超声检查,观察颈动脉内-中膜厚度(IMT)、动脉粥样硬化斑块面积、检测血脂水平,比较治疗6个月内两组患者脑血管事件的发生率。结果治疗后他汀组血胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白、三酰甘油水平较治疗前明显下降,高密度脂蛋白水平明显升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);颈动脉IMT变薄及斑块面积减少,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论辛伐他汀不仅有调整血脂的作用,还具有抗脂质氧化、保护血管内皮等多种作用,并能消除或稳定TIA患者的颈动脉粥样硬化斑块。 Objective Observation of simvastatin on transient ischemic attack(TlA) in patients with carotid atherosclerosis and blood lipid levels and the impact of clinical efficacy.Methods 78 cases have carotid atherosclerosis TIA patients were randomly divided into the simvastatin group(statins) and the control group:statins and aspirin group of oral simvastatin for six months,the control group only oral aspirin before and after treatment for carotid ultrasound examination.Observation of the carotid artery in the film thickness(IMT),atherosclerosis area,testing blood lipid levels,compared the treatment within six months the two groups of patients with cerebral vascular incident rate.Results After the results of blood cholesterol statin group,low-density lipoprotein,triglyceride levels than before treatment significantly decreased,high-density lipoprotein levels increased significantly(P<0.01);carotid IMT and plaque thinning Size reduction,compared with the control group were significantly different(P<0.05).Conclusion Not only to adjust the role of lipids,also has anti-lipid oxidation,such as vascular endothelial protection,and can eliminate or stability of the TIA patients with carotid atherosclerosis plaque.
