摘要 目的探讨乌鲁木齐地区维吾尔族人群脂联素基因SNP+45位核苷酸T/G多态性与冠心病(CHD)的相关性。方法以196例冠脉造影证实为CHD的非糖尿病患者为CHD组,以124例健康者为对照组,采用聚合酶链反应-限制性片段长度多态性(PCR-RFLP)方法分析脂联素基因SNP+45T/G单核苷酸多态性与CHD的相关性。结果 CHD组TT、TG、GG基因型和T、G等位基因频率与正常对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论脂联素基因SNP+45位核苷酸T/G多态性与CHD无明显相关,提示脂联素基因可能不是CHD的易感基因。 Objective To study the adiponectin gene polymorphism in Uygur people of Urumqi region and its association with coronary heart disease. Methods Polymerase chain reaction and restriction fragment length polymorphism ( PCR - RFLP) were performed to identify the polymorphism of adiponectin gene in 320 subjects, including 124 with normal and 196 with coronary heart disease. Results The genotype frequency and allelic frequency of + 45 (T/G) between two groups showed no significant difference ( P 〉 0. 05 ). Conclusion There was no relationship of the gene polymorphism of adiponectin + 45 nucleotide T/G with coronary heart disease, and adiponectin gene may not be a susceptibility gene to coronary heart disease in Uygur people of Urumqi region.
