特低渗透油藏注CO_2驱油井网优化设计 被引量:13

摘要 针对大庆外围扶杨油层为特低渗透、低流度和低产的油层,在注水开发条件下无法有效动用问题,以树101区块为对象,采用油气藏工程与数值模拟相结合的方法,应用混相体积系数、结合波及系数和换油率等注气开发参数,进行CO2驱井网优化设计,形成一套包括井距排距、井网形式、布井方案在内的井网优化设计方法和流程.结果表明:为防止气窜,注入井排应与裂缝(人工)方向一致;由于注气易于建立有效驱动体系,可以适当放大井排距;五点法井网与七点法和反九点法井网相比,注气受效好、单井产量高,波及系数、换油率等指标较高;目标区宜采用300 m×250 m的五点注气方式. In terms of Daqing ultra-low permeability FY layers,which is difficult to develop effectively by water driving,combined with Shu101 actual CO2-driving design,based on the parameter of miscible volume factor,sweep efficiency and oil draining rate,this paper applied gas-driven numerical simulation technology and oil reservoir method,researched intensively ultra-low permeability reservoir CO2-driven well patterns optimization design schedule and methods including well distance,well array spacing and well distribution plan.The result shows that in order to prevent gas breakthrough,the direction of well array should be consistent with the fracture direction;compared with the water injection,effective driving system can be built easily and the array distance can be increased;and single well production,sweep efficiency and oil draining rate of five point pattern are higher than the results of seven point pattern and nine point pattern,and the five point injection-production well pattern was used in the Shu101 block.
