基于背靠背PWM矿井提升机变频调速系统设计

摘要 针对我国大部分矿井提升机调速系统效率低、成本高、体积大、能源浪费的现状,有必要对其调速方案进行改造。该文设计了PWM整流器和异步电机的解耦矢量控制系统,进而搭建了背靠背PWM变频调速系统,并对该系统进行了仿真分析。仿真结果表明,该系统动、静态性能良好,实现了网侧单位功率因数和能量的双向流动,验证了此调速系统设计的有效性,为广大工矿企业的调速改造提供新思路。 Most of our mine hoist control system characterized by big volume,high cost,low efficiency and energy wasted.In order to speed its transformation program,PWM rectifier and the decoupling induction motor vector control system were designed,and then back to back PWM frequency control system was built.The system were simulated and the simulation results show that the dynamic and static performance is good,the unity power factor of network side and energy were achieved a two-way flow,thus validate the effectiveness of this control system design and provide new ideas to speed transformation for the majority of industrial and mining enterprises.
