摘要
网络、数据、服务和安全构成了网络中心信息环境的四个最基本的要素,其中,网络为基础,数据为核心,服务为架构,安全为保障。从不同角度探讨了网络中心信息环境的建设。首先,分析了网络中心数据策略和服务策略的构想和目标;然后,围绕数据共享理念,探讨了网络中心化的信息服务环境的构建目标和原则,论述了网络环境下的信息安全服务体系;最后,提出了构建军事领域的网络中心信息服务环境的建议。
Four foundational elements of a net-centric environment of information service（NCEIS） include network,data,service and security.The network is the basis,the data is the core,the service is the architecture,and the security is the safeguard.The construction of an NCEIS is discussed from different perspectives.Firstly,the conception and the aim of the data policy and the service policy in a net-centric environment are analyzed.Then,centering on the idea of data sharing,objectives and principles of constructing the NCEIS are discussed,and the system of information security service in a net-centric environment is described.Finally,some suggestions on constructing the NCEIS in the military field are put forward.
