应用SGBG/PHBV复合材料构建牙本质牙髓复合体样结构的初步研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的初步研究溶胶-凝胶生物活性玻璃(SGBG)/聚羟基烷酸酯(PHBV)与猪牙乳头细胞的生物相容性,为构建牙本质牙髓复合体样结构的组织工程支架材料提供选择依据。方法通过体外细胞培养实验和扫描电镜观察细胞在材料表面生长增殖的情况。结果细胞在SGBG/PHBV三维支架上贴附及生长良好。结论 SGBG/PHBV作为支架材料有望应用于牙本质牙髓复合体样结构的组织工程修复。 Objective To investigate the biocompatibility between sol-gel bioactive glass(SGBG) /poly-3-hydroxybutyrate-co-3-hydroxyvalerate(PHBV) and porcine dental papilla cells(pDPCs) so as to provide the basis for the choice of tissue engineering scaffold material of dentin-pulp complex-like structures.Methods pDPCs cultured in vitro were collected and seeded on the three-dimensional scaffolds of SGBG/PHBV.Cell growth in the scaffolds was observed by scanning of electronic microscope.Results pDPCs adhered and proliferated well on the scaffolds of SGBG/PHBV.Conclusion SGBG/PHBV is worth of further study as the scaffold material of dentin-pulp complex-like structures engineering.
