摘要
目的探讨鼻中隔偏曲对鼻气道阻力的影响。方法检测56例鼻中隔偏曲患者术前术后的鼻阻力变化,并且按照偏曲的位置不同,分为前部偏曲组和后部偏曲组,分别检测鼻阻力变化。结果术后鼻气道阻力明显下降,手术前后鼻气道阻力分别为(0.532±0.209)kPa.s/L,(0.284±0.152)kPa.s/L,两者相比差异有显著性。前部偏曲组鼻阻力为(0.573±0.221)kPa.s/L,后部偏曲组鼻阻力为(0.487±0.186)kPa.s/L,两者相比差异有显著性。结论鼻中隔偏曲能够显著影响鼻腔通气功能,并且前部偏曲对鼻气道阻力的影响更大,手术可有效解除。
Objective To study the effect of deviation of nasal septum on nasal airway resistance(NAR).Methods Using GM Rhinomanometer(NR6),NAR was measured in 56 patients who suffered from deviation of nasal septum before and after operation.According to the different deviation part,two groups including anterior deviation and posterior deviation were divided and measured NAR respectively.Results The NAR was(0.532 ± 0.209) kPa·s/L before operation and(0.284 ± 0.152) kPa·s/L three months after operation.The differences were statistically significant between the NAR before and after operation.The NAR of anterior deviation group was(0.573 ± 0.221) kPa·s/L,and the NAR of posterior deviation group was(0.487 ± 0.186) kPa·s/L.The differences were statistically significant between the two groups.Conclusion The deviation of nasal septum especially the anterior deviation can affect the nasal ventilation obviously.Operation is an effective method.
