摘要
目的探讨农村中年人顽固性高血压的原因,提高对顽固性高血压的处理对策。方法回顾性分析我科2006年3月到2010年12月收集的76例农村中年人顽固性高血压的临床特点、治疗方法及转归的临床资料。结果降压失败原因分析:①治疗方案不当41例;②不健康生活方式59例;③继发性高血压3例;④同时服用使血压升高药物2例;⑤精神因素39例。结论顽固性高血压病因复杂,注意分析原因及患者的个体化治疗,可提高控制率。
Objective To investigate the causes of resistant hypertension of middle-aged people in rural areas and improve the countermeasures of resistant hypertension.Methods To retrospective analyze the clinical features,treatment and prognosis of 76 middle-aged patients with resistant hypertension in rural areas from March 2006 to December 2010.Results The defeat reasons of effect on stubborn hypertension：①41 cases of improper treatment;②59 cases of unhealthy lifestyles;③3 cases of secondary hypertension;④2 cases of simultaneously taking medicine causing the blood pressure ascension;⑤39 cases of mental factors.Conclusions Resistant hypertension has complex etiological factor.Its reasons and the patients＇ individual treatment shall be paid more attention to improve the control rate.
