摘要
目的探讨赛肤润预防脊椎手术患者皮肤压疮的临床疗效。方法我院2009年至2010年期间,拟行脊椎手术患者80例,所有患者手术时间均大于2.5h。随机分为两组,两组患者均采用常规防压疮护理,治疗组术前于受压部位皮肤加用赛肤润涂抹护理。术后即刻统计皮肤压疮发生率。结果治疗组40例患者中发生压疮1例,对照组40例患者发生压疮8例,经统计学处理,两组间有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论赛肤润能够有效预防长时间脊椎手术患者皮肤压疮的发生。
Objective To investigate the effect of sanyrene for preventing pressure ulcer during spine surgery.Methods 80 patients undergoing spine surgery were ramdomly divided into treatment group（n=40） and control group（n=40）.All the duration of surgery was longer than 2.5 h.Ordinary nursing countermeasures were adopted in both two groups.Sanyrene was used in the patients in treatment group before operation.Pressure ulcers were observed and calculated for all the patients at the end of operation.Results Only pressure ulcer of one patient occurred in the treatment group while 8 patients in the control group（P 0.05）.Conclusion It can prevent pressure ulcer effectively by using sanyrene in spinal surgery of long duration.
