摘要
高校科研创新团队是我国高校科学研究活动中的最重要的研究力量和核心队伍。高校科研创新团队建设过程中与其内外部环境发生交互而影响其发展。从制度环境、科技环境和文化环境等方面对高校科研创新学术团队的影响进行分析。这些环境因素在高校科研创新学术团队的建设中往往起到一种关键性的作用。
University innovative research team is the most important research force and core team in the university scientific research activities of our country. During the construction of the university innovative research team, it interacts with the internal and external environments and has influences on its development. From the aspects of institutional environment, scientific and teehnologieal environment and cultural environment, the paper analyzes the influences on the university innovative research team. These environmental factors play a critical role on the construction of the university innovative research team.
