摘要
介绍了某大型炼铁高炉的炉结在高温下控制爆破清除的成功经验。在试验和实测的基础上,着重研究了高温控制爆破过程中容易出现安全问题的爆破器材的隔热保护、起爆网路的可靠性和爆破产生的振动冲击的控制。通过选择合理的爆破方案、适宜的爆破器材、新型的隔热材料、优化的爆破参数和可靠的起爆网路,实现了高温(500℃)下炉结的快速(7d)清除。
Successful experience of demolishing accretion in large ironmaking furnace was introduced by controlled blasting under high temperature condition. On the basis of tests and practical measurement, heat insulation of blasting materials, reliability of initiation network, and control of vibration shock caused by blasting were emphatically researched for controlling blasting of high temperature coagulation. By selecting proper blasting scheme, suitable blasting materials, new types of heat insulation materials, opti- mized blasting parameters and reliable initiation network, rapid demolition of accretion in large ironmaking furnace was realized in 7d at 500℃.
