摘要
目的总结糖尿病性白内障小切口摘除联合人工晶体植入术围手术期的护理。方法对57例(64眼)糖尿病性白内障患者在局麻下行小切口白内障摘除加人工晶体植入,术前做好心理疏导、术前准备及术前术后饮食指导、血糖监测与控制和术后并发症护理。结果 57例(64眼)术后视力均不同程度提高,未发生不可逆并发症。结论小切口白内障摘除加人工晶体植入术是治疗糖尿病白内障最佳复明术式,做好围手术期护理,是保证手术顺利进行和手术成功的关键。
Objective To summarize perioperative nursing care of diabetic small incision cataract extraction and joint intraocular lens （iol） implantation. Methods Fifty - seven patients （64 eyes） with diabetic cataract patients underwent small incision cataract extraction and intraocular lens （iol） implantation in local anesthesia. Before surgery psychological counseling was provided. Preoperative preparation, preoperative and postoperative dietary guidance were given. Intraoperative blood glucose monitoring and control and nursing of complications were administered. Results All patients （64 eyes） were visually improved to varying degrees. No irreversible complications occurred. Conclusion Small incision cataract extraction and intraocular lens （iol） implantation is the best surgical treatment for diabetes cataract. Good perioperative care is the key to successful operation.
