摘要 用高压催化氨化法的方法合成了一种聚醚胺,用热重和红外光谱对其进行了分析,用进气阀沉积物模拟试验方法对聚醚胺类汽油清净剂进行了评价,并与聚异丁烯胺类汽油清净剂作了比较,考察了聚醚胺类汽油清净剂中主剂聚醚胺含量、聚醚胺分子量对进气阀沉积物的影响。结果表明,聚醚胺在聚醚胺类汽油清净剂起着关键的作用;聚醚胺分子量在1000~1400时,聚醚胺类汽油清净剂清净性能较好;相比聚异丁烯胺,聚醚胺能更有效地清洁发动机进气阀沉积物,抑制发动机燃烧室沉积物的生成。 A kind of polyetheramine was synthesized by high pressure catalytic amination.The product was characterized by FT-IR and TGA.The dispersion and detergence of the product were tested by intake valve deposit simulation test,and as compared with PIBA.Effects of polyetheramine content in the gasoline detergent,molecular weight of polyetheramine were investigated on intake valve deposit.The results showed that the polyetheraminet played a very important role in gasoline detergent,and the detergence of the polyetheramine was good when molecular weight of polyetheramine was 1000~1400.The polyetheramine had the outstanding lustration performance of engine intake valve,besides also can restrain the production of combustion chamber deposit effectively.
