摘要
混凝土面板堆石坝的主体是坝体堆石料,料场开采需求分析与管理在面板堆石坝施工中至关重要,若没有充足的填筑料源,就不可能顺利施工,也就不可能实现工程整体施工的综合优化。为了实现整体工程施工快速、强度合理、经济节约的目标,通过仿真建模研究,结合土石方平衡调配过程,建立起了料场开采与土石方调配联合模型,并对料场开采需求进行实时动态模拟和管理控制,可为工程设计以及施工提供快速方便的管理平台以及可靠的数据支持与决策支撑。
The subject of concrete face rockfill dams(CFRD) are rockfills. During the construction of CFRD, the analysis and management of excavation process are crucial, and it is impossible to smooth construction if there is no enough rockfill sources, meanwhile, it is hard to achieve the integrated optimization of overall project. In order to achieve such goals as rapid construction, reasonable strength, saving economic of the overall project, based on the study of simulation modeling, combing the balanced allocation process of earth-rock work, this paper establishes the joint model of "quarry excavation process and balancing allocation of earth-rock work" and achieved the real-time dynamic simulation and management control of construction process of quarry excavation, it can provide convenient and fast management platform and reliable data to support engineering design and decision-making.
