摘要
目的探讨达克宁栓、制霉菌素治疗念珠菌性阴道炎的效果。方法 60例念珠菌性阴道炎患者中30例行达克宁栓治疗(达克宁栓组),30例行制霉菌素治疗(制霉菌素组),比较2组治疗前后自觉症状、体征、阴道分泌物涂片培养情况进行探讨。结果达克宁栓治愈率达(96.7%)显著优于制霉菌素治疗念珠菌性阴道炎治愈率(6%),P<0.01。而且制霉菌素组显效率(30%)无效率(10%)。较达克宁栓组(3.3%)明显高。结论达克宁栓治疗念珠菌性阴道炎效果最好,制霉菌素次之。
Objective To explore the effect of Miconazole suppositories and nystatin suppository treatment of candida vaginitis.Methods 60 cases of candida vaginitis in 30 patients treated Miconazole suppositories（Miconazole suppositories group）,treatment of 30 cases Nystatin（nystatin group）,compared two groups before and after treatment symptoms,signs,vaginal secretion smear culture conditions were discussed.Results Miconazole suppositories cure rate（96.7%） was significantly better than clotrimazole vaginal suppository in the treatment of candida cure rate（6%） P0.01.And nystatin group was effective（30%）,inefficiency（10%） was higher than the nystatin group（3.3%）.Conclusion Miconazole suppositories therapy of Candida vaginitis best,followed by clotrimazole suppositories.
