柳州市8~10岁学龄儿童尿碘监测报告

摘要 目的:了解广西柳州市学龄儿童碘营养状况,发现碘营养不良个体,为制定相应的干预措施提供科学依据。方法:按地理分布采用随机整群抽样方法,采取8~10岁学龄儿童尿样,砷铈催化分光光度法测定。结果:共检测分析了409份样品,尿碘中位数为324.0μg/L,其中有6.84%学龄儿童碘营养不足,不同年龄、不同性别学龄儿童尿碘水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:应加强全市学龄儿童人群的碘营养监测,进一步巩固我市取得的碘缺乏病防治成果。 Objective:To know iodine nutritious state among school-aged children at present in Liuzhou City,discover the iodine malnutrition individual,provide scientific evidence for making corresponding intervention measures.Methods:According to geographical distribution,a cluster random sampling was carried out among 8~10 years old school-aged children,determination of iodine in urine by As3+-Ce4+ catalytic spectrophotometry.Results:409 urine samples were detected and analyzed totally,and the urine iodine median was 324.0μg/L.It was found 6.84% school-aged children with iodine malnutrition.Levels of urinary iodine were not obviously different in different ages and sexes(P0.05).Conclusions:We should strengthen iodine nutrition status surveillance to school-aged children to consolidate acquired achievement in eliminating IDD campaign.
