摘要
提出并研究了一种具有准一维结构特征的新型波导功分器——H型结,在用于波导功分网络设计时可将网络结构限制在准一维方向内,以满足对紧凑性要求较高的应用场合。通过平衡激励简化求解,应用变分法提取了有限壁厚耦合缝隙的等效电路元件参数,进而完整地建立了H型结的等效电路模型。以此为基础,将等效电路法与全波分析法相结合,实现了H型结快速、精确的设计。计算与实验结果表明:混合设计方法精确高效,H型结及基于它设计的波导功分网络具有优良的性能。
A novel quasi one-dimensional waveguide H-junction is presented in this paper, which significantly limits the structure of waveguide feeding networks within a quasi one-dimensional direction, and satisfies the demanding compactness requirement of some applications. Based on balanced excitation, the equivalent circuit parameters for coupling slot with finite wall thickness are extracted using variational method, and the complete equivalent circuit model for H-Junction is established. Combining equivalent circuit and full wave analysis, a hybrid design method for H- Junction with high accuracy and efficiency is proposed. The simulation and experimental results indicate that the hybrid design method is feasible, and the H-Junction together with the waveguide feeding network based on it demonstrate good performance.
