摘要
研究了新显色剂4,4′-二(4-苯偶氮苯氨基重氮基)二苯醚(PPDPE)与镉()的显色反应。在Triton X-100存在下,于pH10.22的硼砂-氢氧化钠缓冲溶液中,镉()与4,4′-二(4-苯偶氮苯氨基重氮基)二苯醚形成摩尔比1∶2的红色络合物,试剂及络合物的最大吸收波长分别为400nm和530nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为2.05×105L.mol-1.cm-1,镉()含量在0—10.0μg/25mL范围内符合比耳定律。方法用于废水中镉的测定,结果满意。
The color reaction of a new triazene reagent 4,4′-di-(4-phenylazophenylaminodizo) diphenylether(PPDPE) with cadmium(Ⅱ) was investigated.The stable red complex was formed between cadmium(Ⅱ) and PPDPE with ratio mole of 1∶2 in Na2B4O7-NaOH buffer solution at pH 10.22 in the presence of TritonX-100.The maximum absorptions of the reagent and the complex were at 400nm and 530nm,respectively.The molar absorptivity constant was 2.05×105L·mol-1·cm-1 for the complex.Beer's law was obeyed in the range of 0—10.0μg/25mL for cadmium(Ⅱ).The proposed method was used for the determination of cadmium(Ⅱ) in waste water with satisfactory results.
