摘要
以香蕉枯萎病4号生理小种(Foc4)及巴西香蕉(AAA)和广粉1号粉蕉(ABB)为材料,研究了韭菜对Foc4的抑制作用及其对香蕉枯萎病的防控效果。结果表明,韭菜粗提取液能显著抑制Foc4菌丝的生长,孢子的萌发。透射电镜和激光共聚焦显微镜观察显示,韭菜对Foc4菌丝细胞结构有极大的破坏作用,并对其孢子有极高的杀灭作用。大棚盆栽接菌试验表明,与对照相比,韭菜处理的巴西香蕉(AAA)枯萎病发生率下降80.0%,病情指数减轻88.9%,韭菜处理的广粉1号粉蕉(ABB)枯萎病发生率下降60.0%,病情指数减轻75.0%。试验结果表明,韭菜对Foc4具有高度的抑制作用,并对香蕉枯萎病具有很好的防控效果。
Inhibitory effects of Chinese leek(Allium tuberosum) on growth of Fusarium oxysporum f.sp.cubense race4(Foc4) and on incidence of Fusarium wilt disease in banana were studied with Baxi(AAA)and Guangfen No.1(ABB) as experiment materials.The results showed that the crude extract of Chinese leek significantly inhibited the growth and destructed cell structure of Foc4 mycelium,restrained spore germination and caused spores dead.Inoculation of potted bananas in greenhouse showed that compared with the control,Chinese leek treatment reduced the disease incidence and the disease severity index by 80.0% and 88.9% in Baxi(AAA),and by 60.0% and 75.0% in Guangfen No.1(ABB),respectively.The findings revealed that Chinese leek had high antifungal effects on Fusarium wilt in bananas.
