摘要
分析了水玻璃添加剂中有机水溶性高分子和无机纳米材料的组成特性,通过扫描电镜观察CO2硬化水玻璃砂试样的断口形貌,探讨了水玻璃添加剂的作用机制。生产实践表明,采用水玻璃添加剂并结合旧砂干法再生回用工艺,可使水玻璃旧砂的回用率达80%以上,且型砂工艺性能良好,能满足铸件生产的要求。
The composition features of organic water-soluble polymers and inorganic nano-material in additive were analyzed. The fracture morphology of CO2-cured sodium silicate sand samples was observed and the function mechanism of the sodium silicate additive was explored. The production practice shows that the reclamation rate of sodium silicate used sand is over 80% with the additive of sodium silicate and dry reclamation process. The reclaimed sand has good performance which can meet the requirements of casting production.
