摘要
在分析连杆模具电解加工过程的阴极流场的基础上,建立阴极加工间隙内流体流动的三维物理模型,同时由于电解加工过程中电解液运动是湍流状态,考虑气泡的影响,运用气液两相流mixture模型,对稳定加工状态时加工间隙中电解液的流场进行三维数值模拟。结果表明:采用计算流体动力学(CFD)方法对电解加工中阴极流场的设计进行理论指导是可行的。
On the basis of analyzing the flow field of a connecting rod mold used in electrochemical machining,a three-dimensional physical model of the flow passage was constructed.According to the turbulent state of the fluid flow in electrochemical machining and by considering the influence of air bubble,the three-dimensional flow field was simulated with a two-phase mixture model.Comparing the simulation results with the experimental ones,it is indicated that the CFD simulation is practicable for guiding the design of the cathode.
