摘要
目的探讨肝脏恶性肿瘤超声造影时间强度曲线特征及定量参数特点。方法 对32例肝脏恶性肿瘤患者进行超声造影检查,绘制时间-强度曲线,测量始增时间、始增强度、达峰时间、达峰强度,计算增强时间、强度增量、上升支斜率及下降支斜率,分析曲线形态及定量参数特征。结果恶性肿瘤时间-强度曲线及定量参数具有一定特征。结论超声造影定量参数能反映肝肿瘤血管的结构和功能特点。
Objective To investigate the contrast-enhanced ultrasounic character of time-intensity curve and acoustic quantified parameters in malignant liver tumors.Methods 32 liver malignant tumors were eamined with contrast-enhanced ultrasound.The time-intensity curve and acoustic quantified parameters was obtained and analyzed.Results The time-intensity curve and acoustic quantified parameters of liver tumor showed having definite trend.Clonclusion CEUS could reflect blood structure and function character of liver tumor.
