摘要
三十多年来,我们在发展中所遇到的诸多难题,实际上在一定程度上反映了以往改革在某些方面的不成熟、不完善。因此,为了贯彻落实科学发展观,实现又好又快的科学发展,就必须进一步完善改革,倡导一种科学的改革观。科学改革观的鲜明标志,就是要实现改革实践在价值取向上由"以物为本"向"以人为本"的重大转变。
In the past three decades,we have confronted kinds of difficulties in the process of development.Actually,these difficulties reflect immature and imperfect aspects of our reform to some extent.Therefore,in order to apply the Scientific Outlook on Development thoroughly and achieve the sound and rapid scientific development,we must further improve the reform and advocate a scientific outlook on reform.Moreover,the distinct symbol of scientific reform is to achieve the significant transformation of reform on the values,that is,from material-centered to people-centered.
